Nepali movie ‘Parai’ was released on January 10, 2014, after the death of the director of the movie. Late Shiva Regmi died on December 9, a month before the release of the movie. The producer of ‘Parai’ has promised to donate a portion of the income from the movie to the family of Shiva Regmi.
The movie was released as one of four movies released on the day. So, the movie faced a tough competition with ‘Chha Ekan Chha’ and ‘Biteka Pal’.
